Hitman Joe (Nicolas Cage) goes to Bangkok on an assignment to kill four people. He hires pickpocket Kong (Shahkrit Yamnarm) as his assistant and meets a beautiful mute girl along the way.Joe is given the contract by Bangkok gangsters who communicate with Joe through Kong and a dancer who becomes romantically involved with Kong.
